Avellino – Terrifying accident last night on the ring road Avellino-Salerno, near Solofra. A young local man, driving his car, lost control of the vehicle, overturned and ended up against the guard rail.
The Fire Brigade and 118 intervened on site, which transported the injured man, not in serious conditions, to the hospital in Solofra.
Meanwhile, Anas has announced the closure of the Monte Pergola tunnel, on the same junction, from 22:00 pm tonight until 6:00 am on Wednesday, for maintenance work. Alternative routes are planned on the provincial road network to limit inconvenience.
