Vairano Patenora – A 50-year-old man originally from Caserta has been served with an order prohibiting him from residing in the municipality of Vairano Patenora, issued by the preliminary investigations judge of the Court of Santa Maria Capua Vetere at the request of the Sammarinese Prosecutor's Office.
The restrictive measure was triggered following investigations conducted by the Carabinieri of the Vairano Patenora Forestry Unit, which led to the man being registered in the register of suspects for stalking and animal abuse.
The investigation began following a complaint filed by the man's neighbors, who reported having been subjected to repeated threats and harassment since March 2020. The 50-year-old's harassing behavior was not limited to confrontations with neighbors, but also extended to their pet.
According to the investigations, the man allegedly attacked the neighbors' dog, causing him serious physical injuries by throwing corrosive substances.

During the operation, several packages of caustic substances were found inside the man's home, which were immediately seized.
