Afragola - Yesterday morning, officers from the Afragola State Police Station arrested a 47-year-old Neapolitan man suspected of domestic violence, assault, resisting a public official, and, most importantly, repeatedly violating orders to stay away from the family home and prohibit him from approaching places frequented by his ex-spouse.
The officers' intervention was triggered by a report to the police station's Operations Room indicating a violent family dispute in progress. Upon arriving promptly, the officers were approached by the man's son, who excitedly explained that his father had shortly before broken a window to force his way into the home where his mother and younger sisters were staying.
According to the reconstruction of the facts, the man, once inside, began to threaten the family members and to devastate the domestic environments, creating a climate of terror.

When the patrol arrived, the man, noticing the officers' presence, became even more aggressive, verbally abusing them. Only after a brief struggle did the officers manage to subdue him and secure him.
Subsequent investigations conducted by investigators revealed an even more serious situation. It emerged that the 47-year-old was already subject to a precautionary measure requiring him to stay away from the family home, with an explicit ban on approaching the victim. These measures were clearly violated by the man with his violent assault.
In light of these facts, and while he was in the act, the Afragola Police Station arrested the man, who will now face serious charges before the judicial authorities. This incident once again underscores the sensitivity of domestic violence situations and the importance of prompt law enforcement intervention to protect victims.

The article talks about a man being arrested for mistreatment, but it is difficult to understand how all this could have happened. The police should intervene before these serious situations occur and not after, it would be more useful.
