Avella - Yet another seizure of illicit and unauthorized storage sites in the province of Avellino.
Almost a thousand cubic meters of special waste illegally stored in three distinct areas by a management plant in the territory of Avella, in the province of Avellino.
The operation was carried out by the Carabinieri of the Noe who ascertained the irregularities by the owner of the company who was fined and reported to the Avellino Prosecutor's Office.
The areas pertaining to the plant, which is located in the Santa Cristina area, were seized because they did not have the required authorizations.

The article talks about a seizure of waste but does not explain well how it was found, it would be interesting to know what methods the carabinieri used. The situation seems serious and should be addressed with more attention.
I read that there are many areas in Italy where there are similar problems, I don't understand why more is not done to stop these illegal activities. There should be more rigorous controls.
I think it is important to have information about what happens to the seized waste. I do not want to think that it is simply moved without a real solution to the problem.
