CASTEL VOLTURNO – He thought he could get away with it, but he ended up with a pair of handcuffs on his wrists. A 37-year-old, domiciled in Varcaturo and already subjected to the measure of special surveillance with a ban on staying in the municipality of Castel Volturno, was arrested by the Carabinieri of the local Tenenza.
