The themes of the film
A universal story that moves, shakes and makes you think. Francesca Schirru's directorial debut stands out for its originality in exploring timely themes. Using the crime genre as a narrative framework, the director explores the dynamics of love and friendship within the context of organized crime, offering a glimpse into a contemporary society dominated by the logic of power and oppression.
The screenplay, written by Schirru herself together with Cesare Fragnelli, took place between Rome and various locations in Puglia, including Brindisi, Francavilla, Torre Santa Sabina, Carovigno and Ostuni.
Musical contribution by Moderup
A distinctive element of the film is the presence of the song "Cicatrici" by Moderup, which accompanies one of the film's most intense moments and was also chosen for the official trailer. During the events on Friday the 9th in Naples and Saturday the 10th in Nola, the rap group will treat audiences to a live performance of the song.
Behind the scenes, the film benefits from the talent of Filippo Silvestris for photography, Walter Caprara for the scenography, Magda Accolti Gil for the costumes and Piero Parisi for the sound. The original music was composed by Matteo Passarelli, while the editing is the work of Mauro Ruvolo.

This movie looks interesting but I'm not sure if I'll like it. The themes of love and crime are always complicated, I hope it's well done and not too predictable. I'm waiting to see how the plot develops.
