Naples – A 9-year-old boy was caught by Carabinieri officers from the Naples Central Company while speeding on a 100cc mini-motorcycle through the pedestrian area of Largo Berlinguer, in the heart of the historic San Giuseppe district.
The incident, which occurred on an evening crowded with residents and tourists, seriously endangered the safety of passers-by.

The little “centaur”, heedless of the crowd, was performing dangerous maneuvers, zigzagging at high speed among pedestrians. The scene did not escape two Carabinieri of the Naples Center Company, off duty and present in the area.
The military immediately tried to stop the child, but the latter, in a reaction, threw the mini-motorcycle to the ground and ran away. His “adventure” lasted a few meters: the Carabinieri reached him and accompanied him to the barracks.

The mini-motorcycle could reach 80 km/h
