Naples – An attempted robbery was foiled this morning at the post office on Via Michelangelo da Caravaggio, in the centre of Naples.
Shortly after 11:XNUMX, two men broke into the premises open to the public, but an operator immediately recognised the dangerous situation and activated the alarm via the video surveillance system connected to the headquarters.
The response of the police was immediate: the police intervened with patrol cars, blocking the two criminals still inside the office. A helicopter was also deployed on site to support ground operations and check for the presence of any accomplices.
