Nola – A lawyer from the Nola Bar Association has been arrested and placed under house arrest pursuant to an order issued by the investigating judge of the Nola Court.
The man is seriously accused of 27 charges, including continued fraud, unfaithful representation and material forgery committed by a private individual.
The investigation, conducted by the Judicial Police Section at the Nola Prosecutor's Office - with the intervention of the Carabinieri, State Police and Guardia di Finanza - arose from numerous complaints filed by the lawyer's clients.
