The sky lights up with an explosion of young talent: a series of free events is coming to the Caserta Planetarium that promises to revolutionize the way we look at the stars, with students in command in a mix of science and entertainment that will not leave anyone indifferent.
Organized in two evening sessions (7:30 pm and 8:20 pm) starting Friday, May 23, 2025, the event features the students of the 50th class (applied sciences) of the "A. Diaz" Scientific High School, crowning their two-year experience of School-Work Alternation (PCTO). These young amateur astronomers have developed the skills of true professionals, creating narrative strategies for the museum tour and designing three new show modules in the dome, for a total of approximately 30 minutes of breathtaking entertainment. The topics range from the speed of light to gravitation and hidden planets, with a final touch on pulsars that might turn most heads. And don't miss the highlight: the cycle “Astronomy from the young”, which – like a crazy rocket – brings astronomy into the hands of those who have it in their blood.

The Caserta Planetarium
The Caserta Planetarium, a municipal institution managed by a Temporary Association of Purpose between the “Buonarroti” Technical Institute (leader) and the “Lorenzini – da Vinci” and “Ruggiero – 3 Circolo” Comprehensive Institutes, continues to shine as a hub of celestial adventures, proving that even in a world of bureaucracy, the stars do not disappoint.
