Tomorrow, May 9, bookstores will be invaded by “Romanzo Investigativo”, the latest disconcerting work by Mauro Mercuri, published by Re[a]daction – a thriller that mixes cheap puzzles with cheap introspection, confirming the author's ability to mix narrative tension and human obsessions in a mix that leaves no escape.

The enigma and the hidden fragilities
The protagonist finds himself entangled in a hunt for the culprit in the disappearance of a boy from Campania, a case that forces him to come face to face with intimate truths and his own weaknesses, transforming the novel into a dirty double game where facts intertwine with inner exploration.
