Scafati – A 45-year-old woman has been investigated for mistreatment of her three minor children.
The Carabinieri of the Lieutenancy of s, by order of the Public Prosecutor's Office of Nocera Inferiore, executed a precautionary measure prohibiting the woman from approaching her children, with the application of an electronic bracelet.
The order was issued by the preliminary investigations judge of the Court of Nocera Inferiore, who accepted the request made by the investigators on the basis of the elements collected during the investigations.

The charges are serious: according to what has emerged, the mother allegedly repeatedly subjected the children to violent and harassing behavior within the home, in a family context considered by investigators to be seriously compromised.
The precautionary measure - investigative sources explain - was deemed necessary to protect the minors and guarantee them conditions of safety and serenity. The episodes of mistreatment, the subject of the investigation, will now be further investigated in the context of the criminal proceedings initiated.
The woman will remain monitored through the electronic bracelet, while social services and the competent authorities will take care of the protection of the minors involved.

It is very sad that a mother can do such things to her children, but it is also important that the authorities intervene to protect minors. I hope that the situation will be resolved in the best way possible for the children.
