Great participation in Priora for the final stage of the “Ecological Sundays”, promoted by the Municipality of Sorrento in collaboration with Penisolaverde as part of the project “L'Isola Ecologica del Tesoro 2025”.
The initiative saw citizens as protagonists of an important gesture of sustainability, with the collection of 700 liters of used frying oil.
The event took place on Sunday, May 4th, at the parish church of Priora, where numerous residents handed in their used oil in exchange for a bottle of extra virgin olive oil.

It is really nice to see how the community of Sorrento actively participates in ecological initiatives. But, in my opinion, we also need to pay attention to how these events are organized so as not to create confusion among citizens. It would be useful to have more information.
