Arzano – Evening raids involving high-powered vehicles, thefts, drug dealing operations in the city center, acts of vandalism involving the uprooting of trees by hooded youths, and the destruction of video surveillance cameras by masked individuals arriving in cars without license plates.
But what is happening in Arzano?
