The agents, coordinated by Colonel Biagio Chiariello, located a mechatronics business for motorcycle repairs on Via Tavernola, operated illegally by a person with a criminal record for theft.
Inside the site, numerous shacks had also been built without the necessary permits and rented out, illegally, to various individuals including a 40-year-old motor repairman from Arzano and an entrepreneur.
Numerous vehicles ended up under lock and key with the owner of the business charged with environmental crimes of illegal waste disposal, an administrative fine of 5 thousand euros for failure to provide a SCIA and various violations,
The entire area was also seized for urban planning violations with three people reported and a report sent to the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Naples North.
