The Court of Appeal of Napoli, accepting the arguments of the lawyer Vittorio Fucci, acquitted Vincenzina Taddeo, 56 years old from San Giorgio Del Sannio, already burdened by numerous criminal records, accused of the crime of dealing in counterfeit money in Italian territory.
In particular, Taddeo had been sentenced in the first instance to 1 year of imprisonment.
The Court of Appeal, accepting the arguments of the lawyer Vittorio Fucci, acquitted Taddeo, overturning the first-instance sentence.
