The essence of truth: the main theme of the evening
The journalist as guarantor of the right to be informed
The theme chosen for the 2025 edition, “The essence of truth in the art of journalism”, emphasizes the responsibility of the journalist as an interpreter of the present and defender of the citizens’ right to truthful information. A strong message, in an era in which the truth is often undermined by sensationalist logic.

The initiative confirms the commitment of the Artis Suavitas Association in promoting the founding values of ethical and democratic communication.
The awards event looks very interesting, but I hope it doesn't become just an empty celebration. It is important that journalism remains true to its principles without bending to commercial or political logics that can compromise its integrity.
