Avellino – It's official: the works to adapt the Partenio-Lombardi Stadium have begun, after the arrival of the funding decree from the Region Campania.
The Municipality has already awarded the contracts, whose tenders had been concluded previously, and the construction operations will begin in the next few days.
Delfino Sport Srl of Teramo will be responsible for replacing the turf, with work starting early next week. The construction work and redevelopment of the Sala Var have been assigned to Eurogardenia Srl of Chiusano San Domenico.
Ad Zucchetti Spa of Lodi was chosen to install the new turnstiles, while the structural monitoring will be managed by the Cugri University Consortium of the University of Salerno. Finally, on Monday, the company that will take care of the new lighting system of the light towers will be selected.
"Everything is proceeding according to schedule", assures the Municipality, underlining the commitment of the mayor Laura Nargi and the offices of the Heritage sector to ensure that Us Avellino can play the home games of the next Serie B championship from the first day.
