The event welcomed over 2500 participants, each registered with a personal QR code and monitored on site by Guinness World Records officials. Held from 11:45 to 12:45, the session focused on refining sales strategies on projects under development, with a particular focus on high growth potential areas such as Dubai Islands, where AYS Developers is actively consolidating its presence.
The historic session was led by Dr. Nour ElSerougy, widely recognized as the Real Estate Eagle, and hosted by renowned host and entrepreneur Kris Fade. The event was a powerhouse of energy, knowledge, community spirit and valuable investment insights. In attendance were senior government officials and leading real estate players from across the region. AYS Developers event in Dubai looks really interesting with lots of attendees. But I wonder if education is enough for everyone because not everyone can access this important information in real estate.
