Naples – Extraordinary operations by the State Police in the cities of Castellammare di Stabia and Acerra, two areas known for their high criminal presence, have led to tight controls to ensure safety and legality.
Yesterday, the police deployed a joint effort, with the support of the Guardia di Finanza, Local Police and the Campania Crime Prevention Department.
In Castellammare di Stabia, the agents of the local police station, together with soldiers of the Guardia di Finanza and the Local Police, identified 90 people, 18 of whom had criminal records. 58 vehicles were checked, one of which was subjected to administrative seizure.
The operation led to the charging of 33 violations of the Highway Code, including driving with an expired license, failure to have periodic inspections, lack of insurance coverage and illegal parking.
At the same time, in Acerra, the police officers of the Police Station, supported by the Campania Crime Prevention Department, combed the territory, identifying 78 people, 25 of whom had a criminal record, and checking 32 vehicles.
The two operations, conducted in synergy, confirm the commitment of the police forces in fighting crime and strengthening security in sensitive areas of the province of Naples, with an action aimed at preventing and repressing illicit behavior.
