Forecasts indicate temperatures 6-7°C higher than the seasonal average, with peaks of intense heat accompanied by 50-60% humidity, especially in the evening and night hours along the coast.
Authorities recommend avoiding going out during the hottest hours, avoiding sun exposure, and limiting outdoor physical activity and car travel. Particular caution is required for heart patients, the elderly, children, and frail individuals. Among the recommendations: keeping rooms well ventilated, staying hydrated by drinking water regularly, and paying attention to pets.
La Civil protection invites the Municipalities to intensify surveillance of the most vulnerable groups of the population, activating all necessary measures to prevent emergencies related to extreme heat.
