Astrawberry – New developments in the investigation into the murder of Martina Carbonaro, the 14-year-old brutally killed on May 27 in Afragola by her ex-boyfriend, 19-year-old Alessio Tucci.
The Public Prosecutor's Office of North Naples has ordered a series of technical investigations by the Carabinieri of the RIS on several key findings, including some hair found between the forefinger and thumb of the victim's hand.
The specialized military will also analyze the fragment of concrete, or rather the stone – presumably used as the murder weapon – with which Alessio Tucci, 19 years old, self-confessed criminal, allegedly hit the girl to the head at least four times inside an abandoned building in the Moccia stadium. The forensic analysis will also focus on a pair of sneakers belonging to the suspect.

The activities, which will take place next June 26 in Rome, aim to consolidate the evidentiary framework against the young man, who according to the investigations would have acted after Martina, intending to end a two-year relationship, had refused a hug.
After the attack, Tucci he allegedly attempted to hide the body behind a pile of rubbish and a wardrobe inside the abandoned building. His cell phone was found turned off and hidden in a cavity. For two days, before the body was found and his confession, the boy had participated in the search for the girl together with her parents, feigning concern.
Currently Alessio Tucci He is being held in solitary confinement in a new penitentiary facility, after being transferred from Poggioreale prison, where he had been attacked. He is defended by the lawyer Mario Mangazzo.
Last week the young man entrusted the chaplain of the prison where he is being held with a letter addressed to Pope Leo XIV in which he asks to be forgiven for what he did. This has sparked social indignation and then that of Martina Carbonaro's mother who made it known “I hope the Pope doesn't respond”. And then he also said: “I want to go to the Holy Father with Martina’s glasses.”
