Naples – From June 13 to July 13, 2025, the Royal Palace of Naples will host the Campania Teatro Festival, organized by the Campania dei Festival Foundation, directed by Ruggero Cappuccio, with the support of the Campania Region.

Over 100 events will enliven the spaces of the palace, including the Court Theatre , the Courtyards, the Porticoes and the Terrace of the Romantic Garden.

The inauguration, on June 13th at 21:30 pm, will see the Cortile d'Onore transformed into a stage for the concert of Elisabetta Serio (piano) and Sarah Jane Morris (vocals), accompanied by Jerry Popolo (sax), Aldo Capasso (double bass) and Leonardo De Lorenzo (drums).

From June 20 to July 9, the Teatro di Corte will present the film festival “Capolavori Italiani”, curated by Titta Fiore, president of the Film Commission Campania, with 13 films and a documentary selected by Roberto D'Avascio. On June 22, the fifth edition of the “Carlo Croccolo” award will celebrate artists from the Italian scene.

The Cortile delle Carrozze will host 18 shows, including readings, exhibitions, concerts and interactive workshops, scheduled from June 15 to July 11. Under the Porticati, the immersive experience “Dietro le quinte Experience” will offer a virtual journey into the hidden places of the theater, open to the public every day from 16:30 pm to 22:30 pm (Wednesdays from 19:00 pm).

“After the 2019 edition, the Festival returns to Palazzo Reale, the beating heart of Naples – says Paola Ricciardi, delegate manager of the Palazzo –. An international event that culminates in the Dopofestival evenings on the Terrazza del Giardino Romantico, awaiting the completion of the restoration of the green space”.

From June 14th to July 13th, the Terrace will host the Dopofestival with aperitifs, quality street food and live music or DJ set starting at 22pm (free entry with mandatory reservation, except for four paid evenings on June 00th-29th and July 30th-11th).
A month of art, music and culture to rediscover the magic of the Royal Palace and theatre in all its forms.

The event seems interesting, but I don't know if I can go because I have other commitments. I hope there are events later in the year. The film festival seems like a good idea, but I should see the films that are scheduled.
