The Milanese singer-songwriter Mr. Joy is back with a new single, *Jamme*, a song that opens new musical and thematic horizons. With this piece, the artist offers a strong and current message, a hymn to brotherhood, inclusion and equality, brought to the radio with an engaging sound and a narrative rich in meaning.

A Milanese walk through sounds and cultures
Inspired by a walk in Piazza Duomo, Jamme tells the story of a cross-border worker who finds himself in a Milan transformed into a crossroads of cultures. Between different colors, smells and languages, the protagonist is confronted with a Babel-like and lively reality that initially displaces him, but pushes him to reflect on the prejudices and contradictions of our time.
With Ciccio Merolla against all forms of racism
Strengthening the message of the song is the collaboration with the Neapolitan percussionist Ciccio Merolla, known for the hit Malatìa, which became the anthem of Napoli's third championship. Together, Mr. Joy and Merolla give life to a musical and social dialogue that openly condemns all forms of racism and discrimination. The song conveys a vision of a world without borders, in which diversity is a value to be celebrated, not an obstacle.
A groove that combines irony and social commitment
Jamme is a song with a funky-groove sound that combines the lightness of irony with the depth of content. Merolla's percussions blend with Gino Zandonà's guitars and the production by Silvio Melloni and Andrea Robicci (Mr. Joy), both with a solid experience in Matia Bazar. The result is a song with a positive and captivating spirit, with stylistic references to Pino D'Angiò, which has all the credentials to become a generational anthem.

Mr. Joy with his new single Jamme seems to me a big step forward for music, even if I'm not sure if the message is clear for everyone. The collaboration with Ciccio Merolla is interesting but I hope people understand the deeper meaning.
