Naples – The State Police of Napoli today executed a custody order issued by the GIP of the Juvenile Court, which orders the placement in a community of a minor, accused of aggravated robbery
The measure, adopted as part of an investigation coordinated by the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Juvenile Court, stems from an episode that occurred last May in the Fuorigrotta neighborhood.
The investigations, conducted by the Flying Squad of the Naples Police Headquarters, have ascertained serious evidence of guilt against the minor, who allegedly acted in conjunction with another young man, arrested red-handed at the time of the crime.
