Naples – In light of the latest international developments and the worsening of tensions in the Middle East, the prefect of Naples, Michele di Bari, has ordered an immediate strengthening of security measures in the province.
Particular attention is focused on sensitive targets, consular offices, and symbolic sites linked to the countries involved in the conflict. In an official statement, the Prefecture spoke of "maximum vigilance," adopting and strengthening the prevention and security measures already implemented in the early stages of the international crisis.
In this regard, the prefect has convened a Provincial Committee for Public Order and Safety, with the aim of coordinating law enforcement agencies, updating control strategies and intensifying monitoring activities on the territory.
