When Naples speaks to the world, it does so with the voice of pizza. For six consecutive nights, until July 6th, the Mostra d'Oltremare becomes the beating heart of world pizza: a free-entry village where tradition meets music, taste merges with reflection and every bite tells a story.
In a cheerful atmosphere, between live music, show cooking and special events, pizza – the queen of the Mediterranean diet – returns as the protagonist with proposals accessible to all and menus designed for every need, even for those who follow a gluten-free diet. But this year the Pizza Village also becomes the spokesperson for important messages, becoming fertile ground for dialogue on health and social awareness.
Il 2th July, in the Hospitality Area, the talk takes place “Pizza: Food for Heart Health”, a comparison between science and cuisine that tells how the symbolic dish of Naples can be an integral part of a healthy lifestyle. A current and engaging theme, moderated by the journalist Enrico Cattaneo, with the participation of doctors, athletes and masters of the white art.
Il 4th July it lights up instead " Pizza that does good”, a meeting promoted with Komen Italia – Campania Committee to raise awareness about breast cancer prevention. With touching testimonies, scientific interventions and pink pizzas full of meaning, we will celebrate the union between taste and solidarity, between flavor and hope.
In the middle, every evening, the joy of a people who recognize themselves in their most authentic symbol. Because in Naples, pizza is not just food: it is culture, pride, emotion. And at Pizza Village, all this has the scent of a wood-fired oven and the sound of a party that never ceases to be a declaration of love.

It is a very interesting article, but I wonder if all people can participate in these events, especially those who have allergies or intolerances. Pizza is good, but not everyone can eat it and I hope there is an option for everyone.
