Pompeii – Major seizure by the Guardia di Finanza of Torre Annunziata against the company “Be One Srl”, with registered office in Pompeii and active in the wholesale trade of perfumes and cosmetics.
The military executed a precautionary seizure order, directly and in equivalent form, for a total value of 939.987,54 euros, issued by the Judge for Preliminary Investigations of the Oplonti Court at the request of the Public Prosecutor's Office.
The action stems from a tax audit carried out by the Fiamme Gialle Group, which reconstructed the company's tax position for the tax years 2021-2023. According to the findings, the company failed to submit IRES declarations for the year 2022 and VAT for the two-year period 2022-2023, with an estimated tax evasion equal to the amount seized.
The legal representative of the company is under investigation for failure to declare and concealment or destruction of accounting documents (articles 5 and 10 of Legislative Decree 74/2000). The contested conduct would have allowed the company to avoid paying taxes due for an amount close to one million euros.
The seizure order affected financial assets and movable assets attributable to both the company and its director, the value of which is currently being quantified.
The operation is part of the broader fight against tax evasion conducted by the Guardia di Finanza, aimed at protecting tax equity and fair competition between businesses.
