Naples – The State Police arrested yesterday morning a 24-year-old of Georgian origin, already known to the police, for evasion and resisting a public official.
The episode occurred in Piazza Capuana, during a territorial control service carried out by the agents of the Vicaria-Mercato Police Station.
The police officers, while patrolling the area, noticed the young man who, at the sight of them, tried to move away to avoid a check.
Once caught and identified, it emerged that the man was under house arrest for property crimes. His escape was stopped by officers, who arrested him.
The 24-year-old is now at the disposal of the judicial authorities, awaiting decisions on his case. The intervention confirms the attention of the police in countering violations of restrictive measures and ensuring safety on the territory.
Yesterday's episode was really incredible, the police did a good job in arresting the young Georgian, but I wonder if he had other crimes in the past, what happens to him now?
