Caserta: Stolen lawn care equipment, ready to be fraudulently placed on the market, was confiscated and handed over to the Civil Protection Department by the Provincial Command of the Guardia di Finanza in Caserta, with the authorization of the Court of Santa Maria Capua Vetere.

The seizure occurred during a targeted property crime operation conducted by officers from the Sessa Aurunca branch, who located a large quantity of stolen equipment at a dealer in Teano , including brush cutters, chainsaws, hedge trimmers, electric saws, as well as fuel oil and various accessories. The total value of the stolen goods is several thousand euros.

The merchandise, stolen from a well-known manufacturing company, was ready for illegal resale. After being confiscated, the material was officially handed over to the local Civil Protection Department, thanks to a joint effort marked by solidarity and institutional cooperation.

The equipment will now be used to enhance the services offered to the community, helping to reduce the costs of managing the Civil Protection's daily activities.

Words of thanks came from the Authority's president, who expressed sincere appreciation for the attention and availability demonstrated once again by the Fiamme Gialle, emphasizing the concrete value of the synergy between institutions serving the territory.

It's important that the stolen equipment was confiscated, but I wonder why there are so many thefts in this area. Law enforcement should do more to protect citizens' property and increase security.
