Ministry of Labor Competition 2025: Announcement for 3.839 positions among officials, psychologists, and educators

The Ministry of Labor and Social Policies has announced a new major competition for the hiring of 3.839 professionals, including administrative and accounting officers, psychologists, educators, and pedagogists. The application deadline is July 30, 2025.

The required profiles
The positions up for competition are divided as follows:

873 administrative officials (Code A)

736 Accounting and Financial Officers / Accounting Experts (Code B)

979 psychologist officials (Code C)

954 professional socio-pedagogical educators (Code D)

297 pedagogists (Code E)

Each candidate can apply for only one professional profile.

How to apply
Applications must be submitted exclusively online through the inPA portal, using SPID, CIE, CNS, or eIDAS credentials. A certified email address (PEC) in the candidate's name is also required.

General requirements
Among the requirements:

Italian citizenship or equivalent (pursuant to Legislative Decree 165/2001);

greater age;

enjoyment of civil and political rights;

absence of criminal convictions incompatible with access to the Public Administration;

physical fitness for employment;

not having been removed or fired from public administration positions for disciplinary reasons or insufficient performance.

Educational qualifications required for each profile
Administrative Officer (A): any bachelor's degree (L), master's degree (LM), specialist degree (LS) or old system degree.

Accounting Officer (B): Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Political Science, Public Administration, Business Economics; or L-18, L-33 or equivalent qualifications.

Psychologist (C): LM-51 in Psychology or equivalent qualification, with registration in the Register (section A).

Professional Educator (D): Bachelor's Degree L-19 in Educational and Training Sciences.

Pedagogist (E): LM-50, LM-57, LM-85, LM-93 or equivalent qualifications in the pedagogical and educational field.

The exam test

The competition includes a single written test, separate for each profile code. The exam will be held digitally, including in decentralized locations or with staggered sessions.

The test consists of 60 multiple-choice questions, to be completed in 90 minutes, for a maximum score of 30 points.
Here is the structure of the test:

25 common questions on general subjects indicated in the announcement;

20 specific questions for each professional profile;

8 questions on logic and critical-verbal reasoning;

7 situational questions, aimed at assessing the ability to deal with organizational and management problems.

The competition is designed to ensure fairness and transparency among all applicants, with a uniform level of difficulty and standardized evaluation criteria.
