Bologna. There are more educational videos, such as the one on "How to behave at a level crossing"; others are informative, such as the one on the Pimbo construction site that crosses the Cirenaica area of Bologna or the one on the Ferrara railway tunnel; and still others illustrate the sustainability and safety objectives that characterize the mission of Fer-Ferrovie dell'Emilia Romagna, a company owned by the Emilia-Romagna Region.

Produced by FER Communications in collaboration with the Emilia-Romagna Region's Department of Mobility, the "Infrastructure in Motion" campaign consists of seven sections: "Electrification and Sustainability," "Safety and Technology," "Urban Reconnections," "Pimbo," "L'intermento di Ferrara," and "The Landfill of Ferrara." The videos are already available on the new Multimedia page of the FER institutional website (www.fer.it/multimedia); they can also be accessed via QR Codes on the monitors of Trenitalia-Tper trains running on the FER network. All of this illustrates FER's strategy and, above all, the ongoing activities on the regionally owned railway network.

The languages used are therefore multiple and diverse, "with the aim of using new and diverse communication methods to convey knowledge and information as an integral part of Fer's work on infrastructure, safety, and the sustainability objectives that characterize the company," the company explains. This is also in light of Fer's activities: contracting authority for public works, railway infrastructure maintenance with ordinary and extraordinary interventions—including stations, platforms, underpasses, and public lighting—as well as monitoring regional rail transport with train punctuality reports. "Reaching a diverse audience—with the hope that they can easily share content that showcases the company's work—was therefore a natural requirement," Fer explains.
