UA 34-year-old man from Maddaloni was arrested by the Carabinieri of the local station on charges of domestic abuse and stalking.

The operation, conducted in deferred flagrante delicto, was triggered by the complaint of a 42-year-old woman, the man's former partner, exasperated by an escalation of physical and psychological violence.

According to the investigation, the woman had decided to end the relationship due to repeated episodes of violence. However, after the separation, the man allegedly began stalking her, bombarding her with death threats through calls and voice messages sent via instant messaging apps.
