Avellino: A 39-year-old from Benevento caught by a judge for stalking and trespassing. He's not exactly a role model!
Avellino – A 39-year-old resident of the province of Benevento has been charged with stalking and trespassing by the Preliminary Investigations Judge.
Following the end of their relationship, the man allegedly stalked and threatened to kill his ex-partner, a woman living in Luogosano, in the province of Avellino.
The victim, frightened by the constant harassment and intimidation, found the courage to contact the Carabinieri and file a complaint, which triggered the investigation. Following the evidence gathered, the Prosecutor's Office requested and obtained a precautionary injunction.
The order requires the 39-year-old to remain in his municipality of residence and to absolutely prohibit him from approaching or communicating with the victim. This is a timely action by law enforcement to put an end to a gravely dangerous situation and protect the woman's safety.

The story I'm reading is truly sad and shows how relationships can go wrong. It's important for victims to find the courage to speak out and ask for help, but I don't understand how all this could happen.
