The task force wanted by Mayor Gaetano Manfredi, and coordinated by the Department of Green Spaces led by Vincenzo Santagada, has implemented a coordinated program involving the relevant departments, the participating companies Asia and Napoli Servizi and the Municipalities.

Over the past few days, workers have intervened in various areas of the city, starting from Via Roma towards Scampia, where a thorough cleaning and weeding of the flowerbeds was completed, with the aim of restoring order and decor to a densely populated area.

In Ponticelli, on Via Lago Lucrino, the flowerbeds were cleared of waste, the landscaping was landscaped, and the hedges were pruned—essential interventions to improve the quality of life and residents' sense of safety.

The same pattern was followed in Soccavo, where the task force worked along Viale Traiano, one of the neighborhood's main thoroughfares. In addition to clearing out the waste, the teams also performed a thorough grass cutting and pruned the plants in the flowerbeds.

Finally, on Via Pigna, after the recent cleaning of the access ramps, work was carried out in Lo Spicchio Park, where the flowerbeds were cleaned to improve the overall appearance of the green area.

The administration's stated goal is to ensure ongoing, structural interventions, not only in the central areas but also in the often-neglected suburbs, with a comprehensive vision of greenery maintenance and urban decorum. The task force's work will continue in the coming weeks in other critical areas of the city.

The commitment of the Naples city administration is clearly visible, but much still needs to be done to improve the situation. The interventions in the suburbs are a step forward, but a broader plan is needed to address the problems.
