Naples – The Diego Armando Maradona Stadium enters the world of international gaming for the first time.
From September 19, 2025, with the release of EA Sports FC 26, Napoli fans around the world will be able to experience the excitement of Napoli matches digitally, thanks to an official agreement between Electronic Arts and the City of Naples.
Maradona among the official stadiums of Serie A
With this addition, the Maradona Stadium becomes the third Italian stadium officially featured in the popular sports video game, following the Allianz Stadium in Turin and the Bluenergy Stadium in Udine. This choice not only enhances the authenticity of the title, but also brings Naples and its passionate fans to the forefront of the global community of gamers and football fans.
A faithful reproduction of architecture and atmosphere
The work of the EA Sports technicians was meticulous: surveys, audiovisual footage and sound recordings directly on site allowed them to recreate every architectural and acoustic detail of the stadium.
Not just the stands and distinctive sectors, but also the chants and the atmosphere that makes Neapolitan support unique. The goal is to offer an immersive experience capable of conveying the same sensations experienced by spectators in the stands of Fuorigrotta.

Mayor Gaetano Manfredi also expressed great satisfaction, underlining the symbolic value of the operation:
