Maddaloni Valley – There were moments of fear last night in the Maddaloni Valley area. A 36-year-old woman from Maddaloni, clearly distraught, approached the Carolino Aqueduct with suicidal intentions.
The young woman, who had climbed onto the structure, was on the verge of committing an extreme act when the timely intervention of the Maddaloni Police averted the tragedy.
The officers, with great professionalism and composure, managed to stop the 36-year-old and rescue her. A 118 emergency crew also arrived immediately, alerted by law enforcement.
After providing first aid, medical staff urgently transferred the woman to Moscati Hospital in Aversa for further assessment and treatment.
A dramatic episode that, thanks to the prompt action of law enforcement, ended happily. However, bitterness remains for a place, Ponti della Valle, which has been the scene of similar incidents in the past, calling attention to the need for greater vigilance and support.

The incident described in the article makes us reflect on the importance of always being attentive to people in need. It's sad to know that the Maddaloni Valley has already seen similar incidents, but it's positive that the police intervened promptly.
