A historic evening for the island of Ischia is about to take place at Negombo: to celebrate their 35th anniversary, Angels of Love—a label that has profoundly impacted the history of Neapolitan clubbing since 1990—have organized an event at the historic Lacco Ameno hydrothermal park, featuring performances by leading international house music DJs and vocalists.

Coming directly from the United States, Joe Smooth and Ron Carroll, artists who have written important chapters in house music history thanks to their decades-long artistic journey, will be stopping by the island. Joe Smooth, a prominent figure in the Chicago scene, helped shape dance music culture in the '80s and '90s, leaving a legacy that continues to inspire generations of producers and DJs around the world.

Ron Carroll, an internationally renowned vocalist and producer, has collaborated with prestigious names such as E-Smoove, Maurice Joshua, Bob Sinclar and Rod Carrillo, bringing his sonic signature to Europe and beyond, where his voice and productions have fueled high-level festival and club scenes.

The Ischia event looks like a great opportunity for house music lovers, but I don't know if there will be enough people to make it a memorable event. I hope the artists bring a good energy to the stage.
