A clandestine factory transformed into a veritable ecological and economic bombshell was discovered in Lusciano by financial police from the Caserta Provincial Command. Inside the facility, completely illegal and unknown to the tax authorities, footwear destined for the black market was being produced, employing two illegal workers. The business had no permit for the atmospheric emissions of fumes generated by leather processing and did not comply with regulations on the disposal of hazardous waste, posing a risk to both the environment and public health.
The investigations revealed an even more serious detail: the entrepreneur who ran the factory was receiving NASPI unemployment benefits, thus defrauding the state while carrying out his illegal activity.

The military seized the entire 200-square-meter warehouse, including production machinery, hundreds of pairs of shoes ready for sale, dozens of containers of glues and chemical solvents, and over 150 kilos of leather scraps. The man's position was also reported to the Labor Inspectorates and the National Institute of Social Security (INPS) for the use of illegal labor and the recovery of unduly received sums. At the same time, a tax audit allowed them to quantify the unpaid taxes, which will be recovered by the Treasury.

It's truly a shame that there are people who exploit the work of others in this way. Situations like this cannot be tolerated. Respect for the law must always be a priority.
I don't understand how no one noticed a factory like this. It's essential to have stricter controls to prevent these abuses and protect the environment and human health.
