Castellammare – A weekend of extraordinary checks on the streets of the Stabia city.
Carabinieri officers from the Castellammare di Stabia Company, supported by the Campania Regiment and Municipal Police officers, thoroughly combed the busiest streets in an operation aimed at ensuring safety and combating illegal activities. The operation resulted in significant reports of driving without a license, driving seized vehicles, and petty thefts.
Particular attention was paid to combating drug dealing.

The drugs, already prepared for retail sale, were confiscated. During the checks, 10 people were caught with small quantities of drugs for personal use and reported to the Prefecture.
The operation involved the checks of dozens of vehicles and over 200 people, with numerous fines issued for traffic violations.
The most common violations? Failure to have a vehicle inspected, driving without insurance, and using a cell phone while driving. A weekend of intense activity for law enforcement, confirming their ongoing commitment to protecting the Castellammare area, both in preventing and repressing crime.
