Pomigliano - The Prefect of Naples, Michele di Bari, has ordered a significant protective measure for Commander Luigi Maiello, a leading figure in Italy's Local Police.
The decision, welcomed with great appreciation by the Italian Local Police Association (PL), comes in response to Maiello's ongoing commitment to fighting organized crime.
The measure provides for increased surveillance and protection, with the presence of law enforcement during the most risky moments of his daily life and during court hearings.

Commander Maiello has dedicated his career to defending institutions and citizens, courageously confronting the threats of organized crime. His investigative work in various cities in Campania has often exposed complex networks of collusion between politicians, businessmen, and Camorra clans.
