Pozzuoli - A violent ambush shattered the tranquility of Tranvai in Pozzuoli last night, leaving a father and son on the ground with gunshot wounds.
The two were hit by bullets while they were standing near a busy local chip shop. They intervened to break up a violent argument between a husband and wife, but the husband suddenly pulled out a gun and opened fire on them.
The dynamics of the attack
The attack unfolded quickly and precisely, around 21:00 PM. Two people were injured: father Carlo Nasti was struck in the abdomen, while his son Paolo Nasti was hit in both legs. Both fell to the ground simultaneously.

Emergency medical workers rushed the injured to the Santa Maria delle Grazie La Schiana Hospital in Pozzuoli. According to medical reports, doctors assessed their prognosis as guarded, but fortunately not life-threatening.
The 65-year-old man, shot in the abdomen, underwent surgery and is in a guarded, non-life-threatening condition. The 31-year-old was struck by bullets in the legs.
The Forensic Police team arrived at the scene of the attack to conduct the necessary tests, searching for shell casings or other evidence that could guide the investigation. The investigation is being conducted by specialists from the Pozzuoli Police Station's Judicial Team.
Police are currently interviewing several people who witnessed the incident, hoping for their statements, and are analyzing footage from surveillance cameras in the area. The violent, gun-toting husband has already been identified but is currently unaccounted for.
