This is the condition in which a dog was found, the victim of abuse that has outraged the public. The report reached Green-Left MP Francesco Emilio Borrelli, who reported the incident along with activist Enrico Rizzi.

It's really sad to see these things. I hope there are more actions to protect animals and that people realize their importance in our society. They should never be considered objects.
The situation described in the article is very worrying. It's unacceptable that an animal be treated this way and locked in a cage. There are laws that must be followed, and anyone who harms animals must be severely punished.
