It wasn't a stranger who attacked him, but his older brother, a 20-year-old boy, who was arrested by the Carabinieri on charges of aggravated assault.
The whole affair unfolded in just a few dozen minutes. police from the Giugliano company's mobile radio section intervened after a call to 112. When they crossed the threshold of the house, they found a 118 ambulance already on site: the doctors were busy treating the minor, who was bleeding from wounds inflicted with a kitchen object.
