Officers from the Capri Police Station discovered that the man was operating the business without using the "Alloggiati Web" portal, which is required to report guests to the authorities. In addition to the complaint, administrative fines were imposed for failing to submit the SCIA (certified notification of commencement of business) and for the lack of essential safety devices such as fire extinguishers and smoke detectors.
