The incident, which occurred on the SS Sannitica road, required the swift and decisive intervention of officers from the Afragola and Frattamaggiore police stations, who were alerted by the Operations Room following a report of an individual in a state of rage inside a commercial establishment.
According to the reconstruction, the 30-year-old entered the establishment and, in a lightning-fast move, went behind the register, smashing it with kicks and punches. A security guard attempted to stop him, but the man, clearly furious, resisted.
When the police arrived, the situation escalated further: the individual, lacking any identification, provided false information in an attempt to evade security. Only after thorough investigations did his true identity and criminal record emerge.
The officers, with some difficulty, managed to subdue him after a struggle, during which the 30-year-old put up strenuous resistance, even attacking the officers. The man was eventually arrested and taken to the police station, while investigations continue to clarify the motives behind the attack and determine any further culprits.
