So, after a somewhat turbulent start to September with the bad weather that plagued Lombardy, the Northeast, and down across the Tyrrhenian Sea, it looks like things are about to get better. Starting tomorrow, the weather will gradually return to mostly sunny for everyone, except perhaps a bit of unsettled weather in the South when you first wake up.
The good news is that this time the good weather looks set to stick around. According to the forecast, high pressure will take over and give us a truly stable September, at least until around the 20th.
So in the Center and South we expect days of bright sunshine, while in the North we may have some changes but nothing major, no major disturbances.
And even though astronomical summer officially ends on September 22nd, the weather will continue to be our ally. No more stifling African heat, but a beautiful season with perfect weather and plenty of sunshine to enjoy all our outdoor activities.
I don't know if this beautiful weather will really last, but I hope the forecast is right. September is a strange month and sometimes there can be surprises. I'm waiting to see if the sun stays as they say.
