AC Milan won the big match at San Siro and drew level with Napoli and Roma at the top of the table on 12 points. Massimiliano Allegri's team beat the reigning Italian champions 2-1 thanks to first-half goals from Saelemaekers and Pulisic, while De Bruyne's penalty early in the second half wasn't enough for Conte's men.
The Rossoneri got off to a flying start: after just three minutes, Pulisic broke through on the left, skipped past Marianucci, and passed to Saelemaekers at the far post, who slotted home with a right-footed effort. Napoli responded in the 11th minute with two chances: first, Gutierrez's header found Maignan, ready to parry it, then McTominay's powerful shot, but the French goalkeeper blocked it again. AC Milan's second goal came in the 31st minute: Pavlovic ran through the Neapolitans and found Fofana, who passed to Pulisic; the former Chelsea player's right-footed shot, deflected by Juan Jesus, fooled Meret.
The Azzurri pushed forward in the second half and closed the gap in the 55th minute: Di Lorenzo won a penalty and Estupiñan was sent off after a VAR intervention, while De Bruyne sent Maignan the wrong way from the spot. Milan were reduced to ten men but resisted a final assault: in stoppage time, Neres almost equalized with two shots from the edge of the area, the first hitting the top corner, the second being saved by the Rossoneri goalkeeper.

Milan played well today, but I feel like the referee overlooked some fouls that could have changed the game. The team did a good job, but there's still room for improvement in defense and attack.
