This morning, extraordinary operations ordered by the Naples Police Headquarters led to the arrest of a 27-year-old man, already known to law enforcement for specific criminal convictions.
The blitz in Vicolo VI Duchesca
Officers from the Vicaria-Mercato Police Station, during a targeted search of a home on Vico VI Duchesca, made a discovery that confirmed their suspicions. Well hidden inside the house, they found 10 sticks and two blocks of hashish, weighing a total of approximately 240 grams. But that's not all.
The search also uncovered 41 ecstasy pills and various materials used to package and sell narcotics.
The 27-year-old, originally from Gambia, was immediately arrested for illegal possession of narcotics. His position is now under review by the Judicial Authorities. The State Police operation is part of a broader anti-crime plan aimed at cracking down on drug dealing centers operating in the area.
