Pomigliano – A minor traffic accident turned into a dramatic scene of violence last night in Pomigliano d'Arco. It all started with a rear-end collision between an Alfa Romeo 147 and a Toyota Aygo.
Following the collision, a furious argument broke out between the two drivers, attracting the attention of patrons at a nearby bar.
In an attempt to calm things down, a 54-year-old man, who was among the bar patrons, intervened to separate the two drivers. His act of peace came at a high price: the driver of one of the vehicles, in a fit of rage, stabbed him in the chest and then fled the scene.
The 54-year-old was rescued in serious condition and rushed to the Ospedale del Mare in Naples. Carabinieri officers from the Castello di Cisterna Operational Unit and the Pomigliano d'Arco Station immediately responded to the scene , launching an investigation to reconstruct the exact circumstances of the incident and locate the attacker, who is currently at large.
The incident in Pomigliano is similar to what happened at the same time in Pozzuoli, where a father and son were shot while trying to stop a man who was attacking his wife.

This incident appears to be extremely serious and raises questions about how tense situations can quickly escalate. It is important that authorities take measures to prevent similar incidents in the future and ensure public safety.
